The research aims at eloquently identifying the Arab persuasion and highlighting the relationship between it and the argument speech. It also aims to link the theoretical characteristics of the Arab language of persuasion and its components, and to indicate the tools and mechanisms for its application; By analysing the rhetoric of the "Koufa" of the pilgrims Ben Youssef Al-Thaqafi on the people of Iraq, to reveal their linguistic features, eloquent methods, pilgrimages and deliberative features; By analysing their scales and indicating their accumulation systems in order to achieve a process of persuasion based on influence and influence between the speakers and the addressee (recipient), considering that the role of language speech goes beyond understanding and understanding, to persuade the content and conviction of the speech.
The high literary text and its (rhetoric) tend to persuade the recipient (addressees) to adopt logical arguments, use linguistic ties, rhetorical mechanisms from exquisite influential methods, graphic tools for understanding and clarity, connotations based on health and certainty, in order to shape the mental evidence into a literary language based on it; The quality of the formulation, the beauty of the style, the splendour of the statement. It is also based on the power of eloquence and eloquence to inform the meaning of the heart of the addressee; In addition to invoking religious, cultural and historical events and references to address the recipient's mind, persuade him of his thoughts and beliefs.
